I've found what looks to be a cosmetic issue with the atto text editor.
When you paste in this one lined URL string as plain text, the word wrapping in the editor stops working. Instead, the text box expands all the way to the end of the line.

This appears to occur anywhere where the text editor is used. In this example we'll be
Steps to replicate:
Prerequisite:Ensure that the editor preference is set to Atto Text Editor
- Go anywhere that allows you to input text with the editor
- Paste the above string
Observed:
The text does not wrap inside the border of the text box, instead the border expands to the end of the line.
This occurs on a client site, as well as sandbox.moodledemo.net
Expected:
The text should be wrapping and honouring the set boundaries
