In the standard scenario of creating a group, we do not have the ability to create 2 groups with the same names. But in the following scenario, we can create two groups with the same names:
1. Create a group called "Moodle"
2. Create another group called "moodle"
3. Change the name of the "moodle" group to "Moodle"
4. Now we have two groups with the same names
