As admin create new role  author  with archetype  student  on course context and assign  moodle/course:manageactivities  to the role Create a new course with at least two sections and one activity Enrol a user with role  author Log in as this user and open the course. Enable Edit mode. Click on 'View' option of the section action menu. Confirm there is no error on the section page.
