      4. Create a few gradable activities (at least one quiz)
      5. Go to the course.
      6. Go to the User report in the grade book and select a user to view their report.
      7. Set 'View as' to Myself, and confirm the grade column cell for the Quiz activity has a contextual menu (represented by a horizontal ellipsis icon) that is vertically centred within the cell.
      8. Open the grade contextual menu and confirm it contains a 'Grade analysis' link.
      9. Click on the 'Grade analysis' link and confirm it redirects you to the Quiz results page.
      10. Now, set  'View as' to User,  and again confirm the contextual menu for the quiz grade still exists and contains a 'Grade analysis' link that redirects to the Quiz results page.
      11. Go to the Grader report, add/modify the quiz grade for the same student, and lock it.
      12. Go back to the User report and select the same student.
      13. While changing 'View as' to both 'Myself' and 'User', confirm the grade column cell for the Quiz activity has the contextual menu, it is vertically centred within the cell and contains a 'Grade analysis' link.
      14. Go to the Grader report, and now hide the quiz grade for the student.
      15. Go back to the User report and select the same student.
      16. Set 'View as' to 'Myself'
        • confirm the contextual menu is present within the quiz grade cell.
        • confirm only the grade information is greyed out (muted) and not the contextual menu or the text within it.
      17. Set 'View as' to 'User'
        • confirm that the row representing the quiz grade item is not shown in the report, and therefore, there is no contextual menu that represents this grade item.

https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-77980 made changes which changed the activity link in the user report for the student. Now, instead of going to grade.php?blah, should the activity support that extension point, it'll always point to view.php?blah, so we've lost the ability now to hit mod/lti/grade.php, and therefore have lost the ability for students to perform a submission review launch - which fails MDLQA-18899.

So, we need to get this grade.php (grade analysis URL) back into the student's user report somewhere - I'll leave where up to UX, but creating this issue so we can start working on that fix.

See above image - the URL behind that activity link "Graded with Sub review..." is what we're talking about in this issue.
