Investigate random failures collapsing columns in the gradebook

      Since the tests in MDL-78438 were updated super lameze has noted some random failures (I can't reproduce, in Oracle or otherwise - although the DB itself isn't relevant):

      Then "Email" "link" in the "First name / Last name" "table_row" should be visible: "Email" "link" in the "First name / Last name" "table_row" is not visible (Behat\Mink\Exception\ExpectationException)

      This is potentially a race condition, unrelated to the actual changes in MDL-78438 because it didn't touch any of the collapse logic
