Hello,

I have encountered a problem with Moodle version 4.3 where it is not possible to display and import all questions from a category into the question bank within a quiz. Instead, I am required to add the questions one page at a time.

To reproduce the issue:

• Navigate to a course and create a Quiz activity.
• Open this activity and go to the "Questions" tab.
• Click on "Add" and then select "+ from question bank".
• Choose a category and click "Apply filters".
• In the subsequent interface, the option to "Show all 100" questions is missing.

Could this be an oversight in the new version of the question bank? If so, I kindly request that this issue be addressed and corrected. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
