Test
- Login as administrator
- Go to Site administration > Users > Add a new user
- Confirm that the "New password" form element is displaying the password input and the "eye" icon in the same line
- Click on "Click to enter text"
- Confirm that "Press enter to save changes" is displayed below the input
- Enter a password in the input and press enter
- Click on the "eye" icon
- Confirm that the password is revealed
- Confirm that the focus styles on the "eye" icon are displayed like:

The eye icon used to toggle visibility of passwords is wrapping below the form field, instead of being displayed next to it. This does not affect 4.3, so appears to be a regression in 4.4 (main at the time of writing).
