As identified in MDL-80899, if you have a Feedback activity with user names recorded, the setting 'Allow multiple submissions' is confusing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as a teacher and create a Feedback activity with 'Record user names' set to 'User's name will be logged and shown with answers' and 'Allow multiple submissions' set to Yes.
2. Log in as a student and answer the Feedback activity several times.
3. Log in as the teacher and view the responses.

Expected result: The teacher can view multiple responses from the student.

Actual result: The teacher can only view the most recent response from the student.

Suggested improvement:

If 'User's name will be logged and shown with answers' is selected, don't show the setting 'Allow multiple submissions'. Instead, provide a setting 'Allow answers to be updated' (or similar).
