As an admin
I would like to be able to define the functions which should be in the toolbar of TinyMCE and where they should be displayed
so that users have the most used functions available immediately (and without multiple clicks in the menu bar).

Details

• The TinyMCE-Editor already offers many functions.
• At the moment the toolbar is not configurable, all visible functions are predefined (and not changeable).
• With the Atto-Editor - as an admin - it is possible to configure the toolbar in detail.
• It should be possible - as an admin - to define which functions should be displayed on the toolbar.
• Furthermore it should be possible to set the order of the functions on the toolbar and whether they should be displayed as a group (with a spacing inbetween to the next elements).
• Furthermore it should also be possible to define which elements should be visible per default or after expanding the toolbar only.
• The currently predefined functions of the toolbar should be set as default.
• Nice-2-have (input for further development): possibility to use fontawesome-icons in the editor to individualise it.
