Mod Quiz - add question from Question Bank - "Show all" Button Missing

      There is a small UX issue related to the Quiz module.

      Since Moodle 4.3, there is a missing "Show all" questions button.

      How to check the issue?

      Quiz - Questions -> Click Add -> Select: From questions bank (You need to have more than 20 questions in the question bank)
