The grader report can't enter any grades if a student earns over 100% due to extra credit activity.  The error says "Value must be less than or equal to  [COURSE TOTAL]". The work around is to not use the grader report and view the assignments one at a time to enter the grades.  Administration->Grades->General settings->unlimitedgrades is enabled on our site but doesn't seem to work as expected.  This started when we upgraded from Moodle v4 to v4.2.
