On mobile (tested with Chrome and Firefox for Android 14), if the blocks in the right column exceed the height of the screen, the bottom of the last block is not displayed.

I'm attaching two screenshots issue of the sandbox:

• a desktop view: you can clearly see the calendar link in the upcoming events block
• a mobile view: you cannot see the content of the upcoming events block

I noticed this problem on a Moodle 4.1 in production and I reproduce it on a Moodle 4.3.

PS : I can't reproduce the problem by changing the resolution on desktop. I only see this on a real mobile device.
