Removal of qbank_managecategories\question_category_object methods deprecated in 4.5

      The following classes were deprecated in 4.5 by MDL-72397, and are due for final removal in 6.0:

      • qbank_managecategories\question_category_object
      • qbank_managecategories\question_category_list
      • qbank_managecategories\question_category_item
      • moodle_list
      • list_item (These last two constitute a complete deprecation of listlib)

      In addition, the following methods were deprecated:

      • qbank_managecategories\helper::question_is_only_child_of_top_category_in_context
      • qbank_managecategories\helper::question_is_top_category
      • qbank_managecategories\helper::question_can_delete_cat
