Display of version information should be clearer on edit question page

      • Login as admin.
      • Create a course
      • Go to Question banks in the course
      • Create a test question (T/F ...)
      • Then edit the created question
      • Verify the string display in Version row is  v1 (latest)
      • The underline of the version should be removed.
      • The history link and icon should be after the version number.
      • Click on the history link
      • Verify We should see the question with multiple versions displayed on the history page.
      • Verify Click on the button close in the history page it should redirect to the edit question page.
      • Verify After using the move feature in the history, the page should be redirected to the edit question page.
      • Go to Question banks in the course and edit the question to v2.
      • Go to history link of the question
      • Click on Edit question v1
      • Verify the string display is v1 (of 2).

      The issues are:

      • Version version {n} is not right/ Simply indicating the number should be better.
      • The Version {number} does not mean full.
      • It looks underlined but is not a link.

      The expected changes:

      • The version should be changed to v1 (latest) or v1 (of 12). It looks like a display on the review attempt page.  https://qa.moodledemo.net/mod/quiz/review.php?attempt=2&cmid=32
      • When clicking on the version the page should redirect to the history page
      • Remove the underline.
      • Add the icon and history link to redirect to the history page.
      • Theme issues - Make the alignment of 2 columns
