As a result of an upgrade from Moodle 3.1 to Moodle Workplace 4.1, the learner can no longer complete the quiz despite attaining a passing grade.

In Moodle 3.1, it was possible to enable the Student must receive a passing grade to complete this activity criterion without firstly enabling Student must receive a grade to complete this activity.

In Moodle Workplace 4.1, it is not possible to enable the Student must receive a passing grade to complete this activity criterion without firstly enabling Student must receive a grade to complete this activity.

However, the upgrade maintained the previous activity completion settings (see attachment). Learners who passed the quiz before the upgrade are registered as complete, but learners who passed the quiz after the upgrade are not.

Moodle Workplace 4.1 requires that both of these criteria be enabled in order for the Student must receive a passing grade to complete this activity criterion to work, but unlocking the completion settings of the quiz would erase the completion state of learners who passed the quiz before the upgrade.
