Userflow where error is encountered.

1. Admin goes into the lesson plan activity and into the editing content page.
2. Admin clicks on the multimedia option, goes to advanced controls and unchecks the show controls, updates media, and saves the page.
3. Even after doing this, when the admin checks the show controls button again, it is checked. This happened multiple times and still it is being checked.

 Also in student mode, even though the control buttons are not visible, the student is able to forward the video using keyboard controls.

The issue is also in Moodle LMS as I tried the same in Sandbox for 4.2 and 4.3 version.
