Course profiles doesn't list all courses

      Hello,

      When you view a user profile, it doesn't list courses on which the user's access has ended (e.g., its current status is, for example, not current).

      It should list all courses that the user is on, even if access to them has ended.

      Tested on 4.1 & 4.3 https://sandbox.moodledemo.net
