"MoodleNet issuer is not set at site administration" notification is duplicated when clicking "Share to MoodleNet" button several times

      When enabling the Bulk actions, selecting some activities/sections and clicking the "Share to MoodleNet" button several times in a clean site (without any issuer created for MoodleNet), the notification is duplicated:
