This issue was detected during accessibility audit on learner-facing pages in Workplace performed in August-September 2023 by AbleDocs.
Headings in the block drawer section are incorrectly nested. It is recommended headings are appropriately nested (e.g., h1 followed by h2, h2 followed by h2 or h3, h3 followed by h3 or h4, etc.).
Comment from me (Marina):
We were asking AbleDocs to test some workplace functionality but they do not really know what is LMS and what is Workplace. We had an old course in the demo site that still had some blocks in the blocks area and we never paid attention to them. This is one of the several issues reported about the LMS blocks.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the blocks area in this particular course. As far as I understand, the comment is really about using "h5" tag for the block headings and there are no tags "h4", "h3" or even "h2" anywhere on the page

MDL-68674 Dashboard block headings should be h3, not h5; and there should be an overall block heading
