Inconsistent searching in grader report when clicking "View all results"

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Navigate to Users > Permissions > User policies in site administration
      3. Select ID number for Show user identity configuration and save
      4. Create a user:
        • ID number: kangaroo
      5. Create a course
      6. Enrol user as a student in course
      7. Press Grades in course
      8. Enter "kangaroo" in the Search users field
      9. Press View all results (1) link
      10. Confirm test user is shown in report
      Show
      Log in as admin Navigate to Users > Permissions > User policies in site administration Select ID number for Show user identity configuration and save Create a user: ID number: kangaroo Create a course Enrol user as a student in course Press Grades in course Enter "kangaroo" in the Search users field Press View all results (1) link Confirm test user is shown in report

      2. Navigate to User > User policies in site administration
        • Add ID number to Show user identity
      3. Create a course
      4. Add a gradable activity
      5. Enrol Mary in the course as student
      6. Navigate to course Grader report
      7. Type "hello" in to the Search users field
      8. Observe that our test user is listed
      9. Press View all results (1)
      10. Our matched user disappeared
