The quiz setting reviewmaxmarks has the wrong default when upgrading to Moodle 4.3

      1. Install a Moodle 4.2 test site
      2. Create a quiz.
      3. Add a True-false question.
      4. Prevew the quiz.
      5. Verify that you can see "Marked out of 1.00" by the true-false question.
      6. Upgrade the test site to Moodle 4.3.x
      7. Preview the quiz again.
      8. Verify that you can still see "Marked out of 1.00" by the true-false question.

      MDL-77564 introduced a new quiz setting reviewmaxmarks, but for sites upgraded from earlier Moodle versions to 4.3 the default was not set correctly causing all grades to disappear in all quizzes.
