Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a quiz
2. Go to the 'Questions' page.
3. Click Add -> a random question.
4. Click save.
5. Click the gear icon next to the random question

Expected result: the random question settings dialogue opens again, and you can change the settings (e.g. the include subcategories checkbox) and save.

Actual result: you are taken to the qeustion bank.
