When editing text within the text editor, the cursor returns to the top of the page when new actions are completed, such as adding a link or image.

This is particularly problematic when editing long text inputs and causes unnecessary friction to the text editing experience.

To replicate the issue:

• Enter a long text in the text editor
• Select a section of text that requires a 'scroll down' to be viewed
• Add a link to that text
• Note that the cursor returns to the top of the page when the 'add link' action completes.
