      Hello,

I have set moodle/course:viewsuspendedusers to prohibit for all roles except admin.

But in a Quiz, as a teacher, if you select in Results -> "Attempts from" option "enrolled users who have not attempted the quiz", suspended users are shown in the report like other students.

I have tested on my Moodle 4.2 and on https://sandbox.moodledemo.net (Moodle 4.3) but the bug was here before even if I do not have do a bug report.

      So to reproduce :

      As admin :

set moodle/course:viewsuspendedusers to prohibit for the role teacher

      create a course

      enrol a teacher

enrol a user then suspend it

      As teacher :

add a quiz with one question

in Quiz -> Results, set "Attempts from" to"enrolled users who have not attempted the quiz"

      Suspended user will be shown.

Nb : in grader report, there is an option called grade_report_showonlyactiveenrol, maybe Quiz should implement the same option ?

Thanks again for this great Moodle tool!

      Baptiste
