Sometimes it happens that one wants to enter many options in a choice element. And then sometimes it happens that one also wants to edit those options.

A possible use case is when the choice element is used to select a task for homework, and later the teacher decides to add some tasks and to remove some other tasks. Or when the activity is used to choose a date and place for something, and then later some of those times become unavailable.

Given how Moodle works now, this would require lots of copying and pasting (even more of it with "Limit the number of responses allowed" set to "Yes", if those limits differ between options), especially if the options have some natural order one wants to keep (for example, chronological order for times).

Maybe it would be possible to import those options form a spreadsheet, probably CSV (of course, then it would also be nice to be able to export them to a spreadsheet as well, but I think that importing is more important)? I think the spreadsheet in question would have to have one or two columns (options and limits, if applicable).

Perhaps, eventually, the code could even be reused in other activities.
