Unneeded prefix "Course: " in the title of the course competencies page

      Of all the course-level secondary navigation links I just clicked on , only the Competencies page bears the prefix "Course: ", as exemplified in the screenshot attached.

      I believe this to be a visual inconsistency and a bug.
