Thanks to this MDL-76530 created by Nathan Lind I observe that MDL-76530 was marked as duplicated of MDL-75762. 

But MDL-76530 claims for two improvements: 

1) Remember page location on "Back" and

2) Remember page location on "Edit Mode On/Off"

and MDL-75762 as far I understand only solves the first one (Remember page location on "Back")

Therefore, I consider necessary to keep an issue that deals with the fact that moodle "Remembers the page location on "Edit Mode On/Off""

What users say they expect: turning Editing mode On or Off should return to the section of the page most recently viewed, not to the top of the course page
