Hi, 

We are having some students inadvertently selecting/changing answers to questions and not realising when clicking in the area beside the answers. Please see the below image for clarification (hopefully it displays). The area extends all the way to the right of the selectable answers, which is dictated by the size of the window.

Is there a way to restrict the "click hitbox" for the answers to be only the radio buttons/check boxes?

Our organisation will be upgrading to Moodle 4.1 in November, so we are unsure if this will be an issue in the new version.
