Replace course delete static dialog with popup and background task

      As a follow up of MDL-76937, it would be interesting to consider replacing the static course confirm dialog by a popup and run the task in the background. We should probably customise the dialog so it show a sort of progressbar and then display the logs or results when finished.

      This would mainly impact the course manage page:

      • The delete icon next to the course
      • The Delete button for each course
