Preparation: Go to the Admin / BigBlueButton BN global settings Enable bigbluebuttonbn_meetingevents_enabled  Install the subplugin  https://github.com/call-learning/moodle-bbbext_simple  in the mod/bigbluebuttonbn/extension folder (make sure to rename the subplugin to simple) Run the install/update process Test: Go to the Admin / Activity modules / BigBlueButton / Manage BigBlueButton extension plugins Ensure that there is an eye on the Hide/Show Click on the Hide/Show on the same line as the installed plugin Ensure that the line is grayed out Ensure that Uninstall option is available for installed plugin
