TinyMCE - Special characters like äöå do not work with Activity names auto-linking -filter anymore in Moodle 4.1/4.2.

      Special characters like ÄÖÅ do not work with activity names autolinking if you write the text with the new TinyMCE-editor because it changes the HTML-code f.ex.
