Currently the course_completions table only holds the information about the course completions, it does not hold any meta-data about the record such as a created or last-modified time stamp.

Last modified timestamp would be particularly helpful when looking at course completions outside of Moodle, as the other time* values can simply update or become null, particularly where an end-user changes the conditions for course completion.
