For pages of existing sites that cannot comply with the requirements listed above (non-accessible pages), instead of the first application, provide a link to a page that meets these requirements, providing information and functionalities that are equivalent to those of the non-accessible page and which is updated with the same frequency, avoiding the creation of text-only pages. The link to the compliant page must be clearly displayed at the head of the non-accessible page.
