Moodle has the option for a user to download their personal data. In our site, the downloaded file only contains the js.  file formats which is unreadable/unusable.
Can anyone indicate why it is not creating a readable/usable format of this data?  There are a few tracker items about issues with special characters . Our Moodle provider Elidia in Germany can provide more information. Our company works under strict guidelines and this is now flagged as a major data protection breach.
