I've a strange bug in our Moodle. After upgrading to Moodle 4.1.x we suddenly (some days later) notice that the link to the course participants always refers to course 1. I'm for example in course 20 and the link to the course participants should be https://moodle.example.com/user/index.php?id=20, but it is https://mooc.lehrerfortbildung-bw.de/user/index.php?id=1

I can get the correct participant list by modifying the URL to 20, but that's of course a workaround.

Any hint what could be wrong here?
