Currently question_edit_form and the handling code in qbank_editquestion have some hard-coded references to qbank_customfields, qbank_taggquestion and qbank_previewquestion so they can add and save data. There is already an edit_form_display callback used by qbank_viewcreator. This or similar callbacks should be used by all plugins to hook into the editing process to display and handle their form fields.
