When creating a new event using the Dashboard Calendar -> Show More... the description field with the TinyMCE editor gets the style height: calc(67.5px); on a element level which is too narrow to even enlarge the editor.

This also occurs on other dialogs across Moodle. I will add those in the comments as, soon as I spot them again.
