The breadcrumbs do not indicate the course location or visibility in the categories

When using the Boost theme, when accessing the course, the navigation bar is not displayed, or is displayed incompletely.

If the classroom is in a level 1 or 2 category (Cat1->Cat2), it is not shown, if it is in a level 3 (Cat1->Cat2->Cat3) or more category, it is shown incompletely.

An added problem is that, since the navigation bar is not fully displayed, it is not possible to know if the course is visible or hidden.

In the "Classic" theme it is shown correctly, and in case the course is hidden, the name is shown in light gray.

      Problem present in versions 4.0, 4.1, 4.2
