Current behaviour:

Adding an ampersand to a Remote RSS feeds block it is showing as ‘&’. This is also displayed incorrectly in the RSS settings.

Steps

1. Create a forum activity and in the discussion item add an ampersand to the discussion title.
2. Create a Remote RSS feeds block and choose the forum item as the feed to be made available/displayed in the block.
3. View the Remote RSS feeds block and see that the ampersand is displayed incorrectly.
