Make column blocks unfolded while starting a new session

      We had tests with 10 teachers ans 10 students about Moodle 4 interface and it seems the block folding is very interesting for working but several students and teachers told us they where afraid that students miss informations while navigating with every blocks folded.
      That is the reason why we suggest it would be interesting to make blocks unfolded when the user starts a new session.
