We need a capability for 'delete assignment'. We don't want our teachers to delete assignments as we have found out that they sometimes delete evidence from student submissions that, by law, we need to save for 5 years.

Teachers do this without realizing, they like to start fresh in a new school year for example. But we end up digging in backups years later when there's a quality check on formally graded work.

So please add the capability in Moodle for 'delete assignment'.
