I set in ADMIN >> MODULES >> ACTIVITIES >> RESOURCE the parameters:

resource_popup: Yes
resource_popupresizable: Yes
resource_popupscrollbars: Yes
resource_popupdirectories: No
resource_popuplocation: No
resource_popupmenubar: No
resource_popuptoolbar: No
resource_popupstatus: Yes

However, when I try to put a "Link to a file or website", besides the default parameters that I have selected were correctly, when I click on "SAVE button" the file or the link open in the same frame instead new window as I have selected in ADMIN >> MODULES >> ACTIVITIES >> RESOURCE.
