Login as admin.

Create a Course.

Add few gradable activities in the course (e.g. assignment, quiz)

Enroll few students in the course.

Navigate to the course grader report preferences (Grades > Preferences: Grader report)

Set 'Show ranges' = Yes and save changes.

Go to the course grader report (Grades > Grader report) and you should be able to see a 'Range' row in the grader report table.

Try to collapse one of the grade items (columns)

confirm that the 'Range' cell is properly collapsed with the other cells within the column.

It seems that we need to handle those separately. This row is hidden by default, so it was missed in ~~MDL-75274~~
