      Manual test:

      1. Have a course with 10 users where some details repeat i.e. names contain "ace" and 5 that are totally unique with no "ace"
      2. Navigate to the course > grades > grader report
      3. Enter "ace" into the search
      4. Confirm you only see five matched users
      5. Confirm that for each user you see how they matched i.e. "ace attorney(<user email address>)"
      6. Confirm you see "View all results (10)"
      7. Confirm there is a border above the "View all results (10)"

Once MDL-76143 landed some things were missed during implementation (Whoops!)

Hopefully most of these will be minor fixes that don't take too long.

      1. A (clear search/reset page) button needs to be visible to the user that is different from the clear search within the text input so the user can easily get back to an initial page state without funkyness
      2. The search should likely ignore pagination options, i.e. if a user searches for a user on page 2 when they are on page 1 the user should show up in the dropdown
      3. Review the showing x of y string that still seems to be causing some confusion
      4. Addrress the A11y #1 in Juns review before integration that was agreed to be defered here
