We are currently on Moodle 3.9 and moving to Moodle 4.1 in the coming weeks. We're currently reviewing our User tutors and we are experiencing some issues. 

The step we are testing has the following settings; the target type is Block and the placement is left. However, when the tour starts, the step isn't displayed properly. 

On one device (desktop), the block is displayed correctly, however, the placement is incorrect. See image (1). 

On another device (desktop), both the block and placements are displayed incorrectly. See image (2). 

On our Moodle 3.9 instance, we have not encountered any such issues. See image (3). 

Moreover, the step-background div is not aligned properly.
