When a teacher sets up a file upload assignment with an extensive list of accepted file types, the current implementation displays the entire list to students on the file upload page. This results in a long list, pushing the submission button significantly lower on the page and negatively affecting the user experience for students.

To enhance the user experience, I propose introducing a collapsible feature for the accepted file types list (please see the attached video for reference). This will allow students to expand or collapse the list as needed, providing a cleaner and more streamlined interface.

I am willing to contribute a patch to implement this functionality if the community finds this improvement beneficial.
