While doin the QAs for MDLQA-17923, MDLQA-17922 and MDLQA-17921, I found out something strange in the header for the networked site. Please have a look at the following screenshoot.

Things we need to look at are:

1. See how the default name is calculated (site name, html title...)
2. Verify it's safe to change it any time (verify it's not used by crypto stuff) and
3. Allow the edit peer form to change it any time.
