Choose 'Import' in the tertiary navigation.

Click the help icon next to 'Missing word format'.

Inspect the URL of the 'More help' link. It should be http://docs.moodle.org/402/en/qformat/missingword - with the appropriate version number (and not http://docs.moodle.org/402/en/Missing%20word%20format)
