Start with a FRESH Moodle install with no course and no activity (this is important as this does not happen if you have already created an activity somewhere in your Moodle install) ! Go to Home page Create an activity (an URL). Save changes and go back to Home page. Change the activity name using the edit inline. Ensure that there is no exception and the activity name has changed accordingly. Test for regression: Create a course C1 Edit in line the first section's title (Topic 1) Ensure that the section title has changed Edit C1 setting and change layout to "One topic per page" Save and display View Section 1 / Topic 1 (single topic view) Edit the section's label Ensure that the section title has changed
