Errors in the lang/xx/currencies.php file make that a payment method in a country does not work (or Moodle throws a string not found exception - or the payment provider throws a invalid currency code exception).
The list of currencies stored in lang/xx/currencies.php should be correct and updated automatically every +- 6 months.
